The matter
**Matter:**
The matter concerned the settlement of a commercial dispute between partners in a joint venture in Saudi Arabia and the restructuring of their relationship through the exit of one partner and the lawful, enforceable termination of the contractual relationship.
**Challenge:**

We prepared an independent legal opinion for an international client concerning the settlement of a commercial dispute and the restructuring of a joint venture in Saudi Arabia.
